Join LIT Youth Group (Devon Community Church) as we spend an afternoon at the beach. We'll be swimming, playing volleyball, soaking up the sun, and other beach related activities.
WHERE: Wabamun Lake Provincial Park, AB
WHEN: Thursday July 29th, 2020
TIME: 1-4pm (time at the lake), 12-5pm (time at the lake plus traveling time)
DROP OFF & PICK UP: For those who require transportation to the event, there will be rides available from Devon Community Church to Wabamun Lake Provincial Park and back again. Those needing a ride will meet at the church at Noon. We will return to the church from the lake around 5pm for pick-up.
THINGS TO BRING: Appropriate swimwear, towel/beach blanket, sunglasses, sunscreen, waterbottle, etc.
By submitting this form you as a parent/ legal Guardian are agreeing to the following statement:
I give permission for my son(s) and/or daughter(s), to join LIT Youth group (Devon Community Church) for the Day at the Beach event. I acknowledge there are risks associated with the transportation and activities of this event, and I hereby release the above stated youth for appropriate medical attention in the event of accident or injury and release Devon Community Church and its leaders from liability in such a case.
